Students had the opportunity to interact directly with over 60 admissions representatives from colleges and universities in Iowa and throughout the midwest.
Students also had the chance to ask specific questions about majors, campus culture, housing options, internship opportunities, study-abroad opportunities and other aspects of college life at Simpson while touring the campus and attending a Q & A session with current students.

Reminder

We couldn't offer several of the supports and services we have for students and families without community involvement. Today, we were extremely lucky to receive a check from I-35 PTO for $2700 from money brought in by the Change Wars in the elementary to be used for the I-35 Backpack Program as well as a check for $1200 from St. Charles Old Settlers to be use for the I-35 Student Services fund. A huge shout out to the community for your support!

We can’t think of a better way to show appreciation on Valentine’s Day than students helping others. Juniors and Seniors were able to volunteer today at Central Iowa Shelter and Services in either the kitchen or greenhouse providing/serving a meal to others. It was a great experience and hopefully one that was meaningful to our students.
