6th grade students in Mr. Coleman's STEM exploratory worked hard to engineer some spaghetti towers!
Last week, the 4th grade listened to the book "Balloons Over Broadway" which is about the creator of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons. The students then created their own balloons for a parade, some inspired by favorite book characters.
Winter sports season is HERE!
Good luck to all our basketball players this week.

Meredith Gibson and Abigail Bortner represented Interstate 35 Schools and the Interstate 35 Cheer Program as they were 2 of the 214 cheerleaders from 84 schools across the state that made up the 2022 Iowa Cheer Honor Squad. These ladies came together with other cheerleaders from across the state to learn a routine and then perform at halftime of the 1A and 4A state football championships in Cedar Falls at the UNI Dome. Congrats ladies on making Interstate 35 Cheer history as our first 2 representatives on the Iowa Cheer Honor Squad!
