Interstate 35 Elementary

Our Academic Students of the Week come from PK, and they are Benson Baker of Mrs. Murphy's class, Quinn Bortell of Mrs. Dickinson's class, and Forest Wood of Mrs. Harris' class.

Benson Baker has made huge progress so far in preschool!!  He knows almost all of his uppercase and lowercase letters!  He knows all of his numbers from 0-20.  He is also doing a fantastic job writing his name.  

 Quinn Bortell is excelling in preschool!  She knows all numbers 0-20, all of her uppercase letters, 23 of her lowercase letters, and can produce 25 letter sounds.  She always does a great job doing her work and enjoys helping others in our class.  Way to go Quinn!

 Forest Wood has come so far this school year. She loves doing crafts and playing with her friends. Morning circle time is another favorite. She loves calendar and saying the pledge of allegiance as well as doing our alphabet and finding the daily letter around the room. We love having Forest in our class!!
