Interstate 35 FFA Chapter's annual meat, cheese, and fruit fundraiser is currently underway! In addition to meat, cheese, fruit, and candy, the chapter is selling Harvest Barn fudge and beef sticks this year. If you are interested in anything, reach out to any FFA member or Ms. Klingensmith at kklingensmith@i-35.k12.ia.us. This fundraiser supports activities and trips the chapter does throughout the year.
There are also two other fundraisers FFA is hosting to support their upcoming trip to the National Convention.
This Friday, October 8 the chapter will be hosting a silent auction at the Football Game. Pies and metal work pieces will be auctioned off. There will also be baked items for sale. Please come and support the football game as well as the FFA!
A third FFA fundraiser is the Pie in the Face fundraiser. The chapter has asked four staff members to participate; Mr. Kaster, Mrs. Dentlinger, Mr. Douglas, and Ms. Allen. From those four staff members, you decide who you would like to have a pie in the face and donate to their money bucket, located is in the guidance office (the buckets will also be at the football game). The staff member who has the most money raised will get the pie in their face during the volleyball game on October 14. The money raised will go to the National Convention trip.
