As the academic year draws to a close, it's time to celebrate the Interstate 35 seniors ' achievements. The Class of 2024 is ready to embark on the next chapter of their lives!
This morning (Friday, May 10th), the senior class and their families gathered in the high school gym for the Senior Signing Breakfast. This event marks a significant moment as seniors announce their future plans, whether it be pursuing college, trade school, apprenticeships, or entering the workforce. It's an event where everyone can celebrate their success at completing 13 years of schooling.
The Senior Signing Breakfast is also an acknowledgement to their families and the community in for the role they played in supporting these young individuals as they journeyed through their school years. From teachers and staff to parents and peers, everyone has played a part in shaping the lives of these graduates. Check out some photos from the event!
But the celebrations don't stop there.
Wednesday, May 15th, at 6 PM, the senior class and their loved ones will reconvene in the auditorium for Senior Awards Night. Here, they will be honored for their academic achievements, extracurricular contributions, and community service efforts. It's an opportunity to shine a spotlight on their hard work and dedication throughout their high school journey.
Finally, the culmination of their school experience takes place on May 19th at 2:00 PM in the high school gym - the graduation ceremony. With caps and gowns donned and diplomas in hand, the Class of 2024 will officially bid farewell to Interstate 35 High School and embark on the exciting adventure that lies ahead.
